Roger spent 1974-81 in Botswana as a UN Volunteer, an IVS development worker in Gaberone's squatter area and IVS Volunteer Co-ordinator. Roger is currently Hackney London Borough Council's Principal Transportation Planner. |

| Amanda Khozi Mukwashi: | expertise in policy development, transformational leadership, gender justice, and building partnerships for a broader constituency base for development. Amanda is currently Head of Programmes at Skillshare International and is also Chair of Akina Mama, a pan-African women’s leadership development organisation. |
