SOS Sahel UK's financial year ends on March 31.

SOS Sahel UK is both a registered charity (No. 296311) and a registered company limited by guarantee (No. 2100867). It is, therefore, required to file externally-audited financial statements with the UK government's regulator for charities (the Charity Commission) and its regulator for limited companies (Companies House).

Board of Trustees

The trustees of SOS Sahel UK have ultimate responsibility in law for the charity, its assets and activities. They are also members of our Council, which is the governing body of SOS Sahel UK (a company limited by guarantee).
